For the past two years, we have been very successful in our business. From our food truck, as well as with our incubator, The St. Roch Market, we’ve learned the ins and outs of business. We’ve become confident in our abilities both as chef’s and business owners. This confidence has led to our new venture, “Pressed”
Pressed is a sandwich shop, selling panini style sandwiches with soups and salads. We’ve done the research on the fast causal industry, and the trends are turning in the directions of professionals seeking more healthy options. We plan to fill that void with our sandwiches and salad options that are geared toward all unique dietary needs. It’s okay to leave your lunch at home. You can still have a balanced meal without spending a lot on lunch.
Pressed will operate between the hours of 7am-3pm. At 7am, we will have a full service coffee bar and array of pastries and breads for those that are on the way to work. Grab and go items will be available at that time as well.
Lunchtime is geared towards those that are ”PRESSED” for time. We want lunch to be a no-brainer; the easiest decision you’ll make for the day.
We want to be your comfort zone, creating a space that inspires positive vibes. A place where you share a meal with friend, or meet a new one. We want business deals to happen, and brainstorming for your new idea to start with us. We are a family, and that is the exact message that we want to share with those that visit us. We are in the midst of an ever changing industry, and we believe in our ability to withstand its tests. We are driven, focused, and so ready to share the love we have for food and family with the people of New Orleans. We believe that no idea has been unexplored, and that “if it ain't broke, don’t fix it”, but by adding a little love, a little inspiration... you are sure to have the winning recipe.
